Dearly Believers, I wanted to go to NY for a cool holiday: seeing the sights and sounds of the hustle and bustling New York streets, my sister wanted to go to Texas; dreaming of Horse races and to see one of Mom's cousins, my dreary brother could not be bothered. He was contented playing Halo on his Xbox. Mom was gagging for Butlins. For her, it was the ultimate holiday resort for the whole family. She had gone and obtained discount tickets and bought truck loads of swimming wears and casual wears. Dad was impossible; he was never ready to go anywhere. Left to Daddy, our holiday will be spent reading, working on Homeworks, going to nearby Libraries and watching TV while he loses himself working on his numerous computers.
We reached a consensus - we would go to "Chessington World of Adventures" here in London and bask in the splendour of Under-Water-Kingdom, Wild Roller Coaster and Rides and enjoy virtually everything else in between. It was a blast and now one of the most memorable events of our lives. We would like to share this with you.
